“A bit ridiculous asking me this when I have only just bought the policy. It was competitive on price but you only know how good insurance is when you have to contact the company. It all depends how good their staff and procedures are and that hasn't been tested yet”
“Meets our needs and the paperwork seems fairly clear on what is covered. However the renewal price via confused dot com seemed a fair bit cheaper than the price originally quoted by LV although I did change the cover required a little.”
