“I've given a four as the confirmation email told me to log in straight away to view my policy but after attempting to view it a few times and going on to chat, it would appear that the advice in the email was incorrect and I won't be able to view it until it starts, which I think is daft. I don't know how good they are as I've not made any claim, I'll give 3 stars for a poor start by giving incorrect information and wasting my time, also the price kept changing even though I didn't alter anything ♀️”
