“Much cheaper than my previous insurer, however it remains to be seen whether if I need to claim whether they will be as easy to deal with. I think I was over insured previously. Also, I have moved to a different property ( in the same area) and have one less bedroom. My previous insurer knew that. Everything done online with urban jungle so I have no idea what their customer service will be like. All documents are online with no option to ask for a paper copy. Personally, I find reading such a long document on my iPhone is difficult.”
