“If I had known what a hassle it would be would never have gone with them again for reasons below:-
1. Tried to register but message came up email already in use.
2. I had kept my old password for when I had an insurance policy with them a different year. I tried this and it worked. These details should have been deleted when the policy ended.
3. Then got message they had sent a verification code to a mobile Number I no longer have. Once again this should have been deleted when the policy ended.
4. Was given a number to ring but that was the usual hassle trying to get through to a call centre which was a general number and not dealing specifically with verification codes. Told that number would be changed and should try again in 24 hours.
5. Tried again next day but password didn’t work. Somehow eventually managed to log in after getting an email verification but then still had to get a mobile verification.
6. Found it all time wasting and annoying. They should have deleted all my details when the policy expired and I took out another insurance with a different company.”
