“I have only just taken this policy out a few days ago so obviously cannot comment on claims or much else for that matter. They were easily the cheapest quote for home insurance as they are offering 40% off quotes at time of writing. However, they have some serious catching up to do in these paperless times. They do not offer the option of sending you your documents by email. They do not have an online portal where you can log in to view documents, or make changes. They do not have an app where you can do the same. You just have to wait 7 - 14 days while they send everything through the post. While this may have been acceptable a decade ago, not embracing technology to make the customer's life easier is a serious flaw. So, five stars for price but only 1 or 2 stars for service support.”
