A 'test' call to claims department was responded to efficiently. In the hopefully unlikely event of having to make a claim, I hope that the process would be a smooth one. I wished to stay with my previous insurer (Aviva) who provided a good service and were very helpful, quick and efficient in resolving the one claim that I've made over past ten years (five years ago) for buildings accidental damage. However Aviva, after making small increases to my premium following the claim, then put the costs up hugely this year. Churchill Home Plus offered a far more competitive price and with lower excesses than I chose to pay with Aviva.”
