The terms offered when signing-up were less favourable than when II quoted but that was explained in part.....but only in part......by changed responses I needed to make to certain questions. The proof of the pudding will be in how II handles/responds to any claim and what the renewal price offered will be.That holds for the questions, below, re. "Customer Service" and "Communication'' : put bluntly, everything tends to be positive when an organisation is selling a service and wants one's money!”
