On the final webpage with Policy Expert it stated 'unable to take your payment please contact by telephone' so had to call them the next day. However once I rang, the adviser was very professional, knowledgable & friendly .. I completed the purchase easily. I also was able to get paperwork in the post for no charge, which came in 2 days.
I hope, should we have to make a claim, that process is as easy.”
