“I found the website quite easy to use until it came to payment when the message said please wait we are processing your payment which went on for half an hour so I had to give up and try again but then found that the payment had gone through but I had no details of the policy. I then contacted them and the person I spoke to was very helpful, I could
understand what she was saying and the matter was quickly resolved.
However it is impossible to give a review of how they perform unless you have to make a claim so this review is just about the buying part.”
