“Adimiral insurance was at a very good price, and when enquiring via the phone although first staff member firstly could not find the qoute although given the reference number, trying to offer a higher price, but I insisted she should find the quote, after a few minutes she did locate the quote, then decided to cut me off after approx 20 mins when going confirming details as to purchase policy, I was not happy at all. very disappointed. Not even a call back. but I did phone again and explained what had happened to Luke and he apologised and went through the details again. He was very polite and professional. I therefore will have difficulty giving a review as I have had a very bad, experience and a very good one.”
