“The only thing they did not do was to contact me that I had already paid for the home insurance and by luck that I picked the same company again and paid them twice and they going to send me a refund for one. If I had not picked to company, I would have not known that I was already insured as this did not send me a reminder or insurance details that it's been renewed.”
