“Price was OK, went through to Privilege insurance to complete. Their website crashed, my payment for the premium is pending. I rang Privilege customer services. Clueless, I don't have a policy with them apparently. I spoke to the payments division at Privilege who told me that they can't do anything about the payment as I haven't got a policy number. They said they can't do anything and I should just wait. Really not that interested, a very poor customer experience. If I'd got the policy I've paid for,
