I ended up contacting them by phone for the payment part but that was only because they were experiencing a rare computer problem. They answered any questions I had, were knowledgeable and easy to access.

Customer service couldn't do enough to help out - and as I'm moving mid-contract, they're paying the cancellation fee for us. Bargain!

Policy number not provided and no confirmation email to say policy documents will be issued within 5 days. For better customer experience an email confirming the policy number and when the documents would be issued would give the reassurance that I think most customers would look for. I had to google the FAQ’s to understand how things would work.
