“good price, although they got in a muddle with my ncd from my previoue insurer. I emialed them the renewal notice showing 7 years clearly , and they later emailed back saying I only have 6 years. Had to ring to sort it, halifax have a really long prerecorded message at start of their customer service, but after that got through to a helpful lady who sorted it out, and couldnt beleive that someone there had thought it said 6 years, when it clearly says 7. All sorted now.”
