“At present, there exists a discrepancy regarding an RTC date, which (it seems) was inaccurately recorded by the Esure administrative staff during a phone call with my wife. We find ourselves needing to pursue Esure for confirmation documents containing the accurate dates—this is essential to maintain my new premiums at a manageable level. I am quite disappointed, however, as I have already submitted the first installment, which (under the circumstances) was reasonable.”
