“I’m a bit wary at the moment. After purchase, I did not receive an e-mail confirmation. I also had to request a code to view my policy documents on line. Both the code and policy documents were sent by post and could take up to 5 working days. Does this ‘eat in’ to my 14 day cooling off period I wonder? This is the first insurance company I have dealt with who operate in this rather antiquated way. Somewhat disappointing.”
