“Have just cancelled thankfully within the 14 day cooling off period and WARNING TO ALL…..If you want to spend your time waiting 20 mins for this company to simply answer the phone then get yourself signed up and in addition to this emails assuming that you ‘should’ (??!!) have recieved your black box by now and then a threatening undertone that your policy will be cancelled if not……Yet no box received…..Just not a comfy feeling so I cancelled the policy within the 14 days cooling off….Than have just checked the reviews on Trustpilot and my instincts are correct to end it now and not encounter the same problems as the many many negative reviews illustrate.
