“Still don't know weather I have insurance or not , you send me a mail saying welcome and take the money out of my account and the 2 days later , you send me a mail to say the payment was not successful and I am not insured . But no money has been returned to my account. Very bad service ans communication .Not a very happy customer to be Frank.”
