“Sake of insured was ok but when I tried to cancel it 19 hours later coz the car had engine problems and I returned it time was not done good very rude abrupt South Africa told me I’d have to pay 50.00 to cancel. I called back again I was told by a very helpful lady bard in uk that actually they would credit me 75.00 which they did but unfortunately I would not use this company again due to the rude manner of the first call handler in South Africa she needs some serious customer service skills teaching to her she is a disgrace to her profession”
