“I have to say the price they offered was unmatched and for that it's an easy 5/5 stars but that's not going to stop me from giving you some very needed feedback for your poor UI and absence of customer service at crucial times.
When I was trying to edit some details, your UI wouldn't let me save them and those were crucial details like how long I have been living in the UK, the date I got my license etc.
Furthermore, I did this on a Friday evening and since I didn't want to lose the offer I went ahead. But then you don't even have support over the weekend which makes things so difficult.
You need to address those issues, especially your UI, which is arguably the most important bit to make a customer feel at ease when they are trying to buy your services.”
