“This is the second review for Aviva zero I’ve done. It’s annoying, and the score only reflects the purchase, which is easy for a company to get right and therefore skews the overall score in a positive direction. What really counts is how a claim is handled on which I can’t comment, hence the 3 star score for customer service.”
