“The policy hasn't started yet so it's hard to say. Their website was very confusing whilst trying to accept the price Confused had offered - I assume it's done that way to trick customers into adding extras they don't want.
Soon after completing the process, I got a text message from them saying there was an issue with my email address, which required me to go to the esure site and do a live chat. I did that, and they sent a link to my email to log into their portal without issue, but I still haven't got my policy welcome pack via email or by post, and it wouldn't let me download the certificate of insurance or other documents on their portal.
I hate all this online only nonsense. One quick phone call would have quickly sorted all these issues, but that's not an option with Esure flex, so I had to fumble my way through the options that are available, and I still don't have copies of the documents I need.
That said, I've been with either Esure or Sheila's Wheels (who are both owned by esure) for years because their quotes are always the best for all the cover I need. I've never had an issue with esure in all the years I've been a customer. Confused always provides a better price (with the same provider) than my renewal price, which is a bit insane, but I'm not complaining. £325 fully comp with protected no claims discount (I'm up to about 25 years NCD now, don't want to lose that) isn't bad for a 2.0 diesel with a decent amount of poke. I dreamt of paying these prices as a youngster with much smaller cars. It's finally my time :)”
“I prefere online make my insurance as I don’t need to be in the phone for an hour listening all the insurance options other companies try to add as extra.
Esure Flex’s platfor is easy to use”
