“I had to talk to them to clarify why they had quoted a higher price than a coulpe off competitors. In the end I was offered a discount that made their price within spitting distance of the others. Thus it was not worth the trouble of changing - without the discount I would have chosen another insurer”
“policy not started so not sure how they work, expect take my money as past insurers have done for 15 years now and not needing to use them ever, but want to charge me more each year. Cheers for the added costs for people who do claim each year.”
