“Like all the car insurance companies, they have almost doubled the cost of insuring a car this year, under the pretext that "claims from electric cars are so expensive to settle". Well, my car is not an electric car and never will be, so I am unable to comprehend the outrageous increase. I thought AXA would be a fairer company, but no, they have simply jumped onto the bandwagon. I am retired, on a set pension, and I am being priced off the road - it's very sad as I don't know how my wife and I will manage without a car, but that's coming at the rate of these incredible increases - then AXA will not receive a penny!”
