“I already had an Admiral policy on my work car and so it made sense to change to a multi car policy. A bit laborious on the phone having to go through all the legal mumbo jumbo, but got there on the end.
It cost me £9 to insure a high performance car for the 7 weeks left on my other policy.”
“Confused.com is easy to use. I wasn't impressed however that details did not transfer over correctly to admiral. When I received my policy there was incorrect details in it. I phoned to amend and was told there would be an admin fee. I contested this as the admin error lay with either confused or admiral. Admiral honoured the removal of the admin fee and the person I spoke with dealt with my complaint professionally. I will however be cautious in the future when using a comparison website.”
