“Very irritating that even though they took payment for my new policy 4 days ago I have received reminders on 3 subsequent days that my quote needs finalising and will expire in 2 weeks. I have had to phone them to make doubly sure that they policy is now in place and fully paid - it is. So the emails are unnecessary, and unsettling.”
“Very expensive. Add 11£ for windshield cover, feels like adding 50p to Mc Donald's meal to make it big. A last try to squeeze more money out of customers after charging a lot to begin with. It should be included in any case IMO.”
