“Its a new company with lot of good reviews on buying the product which I agree was very smooth with a good rate however I found very small number of reviews on actual claims, most of which were showing not so great experience. I tried to also research on some statistics of how many claims they may have settled, etc. however no clear insight into such numbers. So after buying it I decided to cancel following day and keep my existing insurance provider despite the extra amount they will charge me compared to this company. Wish they would start showing in their website and review forums how reliable they are when it comes to making claim..may be then in future I will give it a go again..for now I would say the app and buying process is very smooth..even the refund.”
“Not everyone has the latest phones to down load app have tried for the last three days for them to email me my documents of insurance still nothings customer service none will never go with a company like this again”
