“The confused.com was ok. But trying to purchase from performance direct has been more than a task. I purchased 2 lots of car insurance from them around 7pm on their site that confused set me to, one was straight through but the other one said I would need to speak to one of their advisors the next day, they where supposed to call me. But instead after waiting until lunch time I rang them to be told after waiting in a queue for 43 minutes that they knew nothing about it, even though I had emails saying I’d paid. I then spent the rest of the day until after 5 pm trying to sort it with them and being told it’s now all sorted 2 days later and no, it’s not sorted btw stay away from their app chat. It’s completely rubbish and takes almost the same time to chat to a human as it does to ring them especially when you get a person who is abrupt and cuts you off or it just disconnects as and when”
