“Clicked through from confused to pay online but More than site was not operating properly so phoned them and completed that way. Opted to receive documents via their website as it was £6 cheaper. Now 4 days later their website is still not working so cant access documents to check they are OK. Have just phoned them and they are going to send them by both e mail and post - yet to see if this will happen but sure it will as they are helpful. However the lady I spoke to said it could take weeks to fix the website so a bit concerning. They have waived the fee for the documents provided by paper and also the £25 for me making a change to the policy by requesting them in paper. So they jolly well should - if they had wanted to charge I would have given 0 stars”
“Great cover for good price, the only hiccup was paying for the full payment on my card when it was for my elderly father, whom I don't live with. I think there should be an option for the older generation to pay ie cheque or, not everyone is au fait with paying by card !”
