“M&S confirmed their quote with a Quote Reference No which when I tried to log on to their website to purchase, (a couple of days later), they did not recognise their own Reference No!!!!!!
I had to log on again via Confused.com who displayed a different Quote Reference No to purchase the insurance with M&S.
Then had a number of issues with their website which resulted in my having to phone M&S insurance direct to complete the purchase. Was on the verge of going elsewhere.”
