“It took a very long time for them to answer the phone. I was then told that as I wasn’t comfortable with booking it all online I would have to pay an additional £12.50 to do it on the phone! ( I mean they were already getting my business- isn’t that enough?!”
“I will only know if I have to claim. No precy of essential points. About 6 documents, one 94 pages long !!! - what are they hiding in "the small print". Too many charges for changes. Not a user friendly company. Probably won't use again and would caution others.”
