“I selected an insurance company, Policy Expert. The online process was simple if you want to pay in full, however they use a different credit company if you want to pay monthly. The credit company charge a high fee for this. I then decided to pay in full, instead. If you want to call Policy Expert they will charge you £12.50 for the privilege. The Live Chat, if you can locate it, is not 'live'. You can leave a message and they will 'try' to get back to you within two days. I am still waiting. I now want to cancel the policy and look elsewhere because I want a company that will let me speak to a human being - without charging to do so. I would not recommend Policy Expert to anyone.”
