I am writing to launch a complaint regarding a preposterous system glitch leading to my loss (£37 TopCashback from Car Insurance purchase from by CONFUSED).
I am deeply disappointed that I am unable to fill in my full FIRST NAME when making a car insurance quote on CONFUSED. My first name consists of 2 words (PUI HONG) but the CONFUSED's system rejected me from entering a space bar, eventually, I had to enter it as 'PUIHONG'.
As a result, I had to change my first name back to "PUI HONG'' in the HASTING DIRECT platform.
In turn, I bought a car insurance on 17 April 2023 and was unable to claim cashback from TopCashack, it is probably as a consequence of the FIRST NAME inconsistency between 2 platforms (CONFUSED and HASTING DIRECT).
I would highly appreciate your reply at earliest convenience with regard to the cashback issue.
