“I was happy with the ease of search and competitive pricing on Confused. However the description on the courtesy car section wasn’t accurate. Once the insurance was purchased with Churchill it became obvious you are not guaranteed a courtesy car unless you pay an upgrade. It really is false advertising and this needs to be clear in the quotation stage. Not sure if that’s Churchill or Confused. Speaking to Churchill advisor and team manager wasn’t great and it was simply a case of pay the extra, that was the attitude.”
