“It has not started yet but the acid test is how good they are when an accident happens. Let’s hope we don’t have to find out. My big issue this year is when you see that your actual insurance is £80 but they whack £40 arrangement fee on top. You can’t win, as in previous years before the new rules it would have been the same price upfront.”
