“I tried to buy the car insurance on line to save myself £12.50 by not phoning the company, but that proved difficult to do, so I had to relent and phone them, but that proved difficult to do also, after 4 attempts getting my bank details though and 4 times listening to the agreement I finally managed to purchase my car insurance, apart from that i am pleased with my purchase.”
