“The "chat on line" provide automatic response. If you call them you need to wait more than an hour to be answered. The payment on line system didn't work. At the end i paid the insurance but not document was circulated before the start of the insurance. There were many problems from their side”
“The policy was comprehensive and was £120 cheaper than the equivalent policy with the previous insurer. The only negative side is that they appears to have issues with their website and I cannot access the online policy but the customer service are helpful in sorting out the issue.”
