“Once you pay you dont get any confirmation from them - I sent documents as required by email and uploaded to the site but nothing to say these have been received - makes me edgy about this company. Text to say they needed a couple of documents when you text back it doesnt go through - emails do nor work as it says do not reply =- worrying!!”
