“Only two days in to the policy but until optimism about Debenhams services not as good as I hoped . Accidentally asked for policy to start a say later than I needed. Rang up to change this (an hour after taking out the policy and two days before it's start date) charged £35.00 for the change to be put in place. Would of been cheaper to cancel and restart”
“Quotes are not honoured and apparently and prices change hourly, in my case by more than 25% !
Not fair and a total joke.
Got a quote over the weekend. Went to buy it on Monday, and it increased by more than 25%”
