“Slightly worried as when downloading the policy documents the things I thought were included (courtesy car, personal injury etc. the policy documents said not included) but after speaking to budget insurance they informed me it was actually included but said that as you could upgrade the cover for an extra cost.”
“The features listed and ticked, falsely giving the clear impression would be included in my car insurance for the price displayed was false. It did not include those features. It is miss representation, false marketing and deliberately misleading.”
