“Not had to call on the services yet so really can't comment much. Would prefer talking on phone but they are an online service only, computer texting chat is informal, policy downloads etc a faff. Having a little problem with breakdown upgrade being paid for but policy says not! Also not clear until later on in process if your car needs recovered, after 10 miles its £3 a mile, not very fair.”
