“Four days after the first payment i am not sure i am actually insured. I also had to pay twice and am told that i had to wait for a few days until the first payment is re-credited on my account. Confusingly they keep specifying that that is NOT a refund, which sounds like some stratagem to eventually NOT pay me back”
“Too many faceless advisers working for an insurance company that rips you off when you cancel within the cooling off period. You can not phone them they do not advertise any phone numbers on their paperwork find this very worrying. Cost me £75.00 to cancel after one day. BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THEM.”
