I have given 4 stars for the moment as have only bought my policy last week so have had no contact with customer services to date.”
“The downside was how long it took to speak to someone on the phone (perhaps they should have more staff). The upside was everything else. Pleasant helpful staff who knew their stuff and were patient, a product which was good and at a price that was very attractive.”
