Different to pay on line , had to contact them ( closed on Sundays ) pay over phone extra £ 20 service charge . Good way to make an extra bung per/policy

Website was hard to navigate. Also didn't like using my current account bank, Santander for my direct debit which really caused an issue for me. Quote also kept expiring which lost me £25.

Hello, I am sorry if you were having issues trying to purchase your insurance. Here at Confused.com we do not process any payments ourselves, these are made with the provider directly.
