man) selling insurance which you could purchase cheaper directly. The website is hard to navigate and you will be penalised if you want to cancel your policy by phone. This would be ok if it was easy to cancel using the website, but this is not actually possible. The phone operative I spoke to sounded as if he was having a particularly bad day and was having to work hard to remain patient and civil.”
