“Reasonable price car insurance, but random access to customer services telephone line - they answer quickly, but sometimes it is a CS in South Africa and sometimes in the UK. It is harder to deal with the South Africa CS as the accent can be a problem. I have found myself missing some words or parts of sentences for that reason. There are only so many time you can ask the CS agent to repeat what theuy just said! If a UK based agent picks up, the line is clear and there are no accent interpretation issues.”
