“I will give them 'acceptable' for 'ease to buy' as they quickly took my entire annual fee before asking me further detailed questions a second after payment went through. Now they are treating me like a criminal blacklisting me with other insurers as I failed to accurately identify incidents and costs for repairs up to 5 years ago, when I can't even remember what happened last week!! They have taken nearly £80 for 3 days insurance. Then they say they don't have an incoming line for complaints, nor a physical address nor an email address for complaints. What a bunch of crooks.”
