“I opted to buy a policy through your comparison site, and the company are an absolute scam! They’ve taken £130 of my money! I paid the deposit to be told their online polices are only “prospect policies.”
And their reviews say I’m not in the minority of people this has happened to! After been passed pillar to post, and told “the finance team” we’re giving me a full refund, the finance team then didn’t exist... I Had explained I Had gone with M&S but four hours later, I got emails saying Sterling had created my policy with the amendments I made- I made none and spoke to no specialist, I had M&S insurance. So now I can’t have a full refund but I have to pay a £70 admin fee!
The have offered me £60 back!
