“I am very happy with LV service. Next year I will consider LV again. Just one thing not very ideal. I reported an incident which was not my fault and there was no claim made but the premium increased by £50 per year. In spite of this, LV provided good money value.”

I have never experienced any problems with dealing with them over the years that my vehicles have been insured with them, luckily I have never had to make a claim, so obviously can't comment on that aspect of dealing with them.
The reason I have marked the ease to buy as good, rather than very good, is because the lady that I spoke to at LV couldn't match the Confused quote, she said the maximum that she was allowed to reduce the premium by was £80, whereas the actual reduction was around £195.”
