“On the website application I couldn't see anywhere that said I was covered for business use, which is what I needed, so rang the AA and got into a prolonged and very unhelpful checklist type conversation with an underwriter. All I wanted to know was if I was covered for business use - which I was. In the end I had to stop the conversation with the underwriter and go back to the Confused.com email, quickly follow the trail through that again and get the policy I wanted.”
